Message from the Director | ||
But we all, with unveiled face, beholding as in a mirror the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into the same image from glory to glory, just as by the Spirit of the Lord. 2 Corinthians 3:18 |

To the mighty men and women of God, strategically placed by Him in the Workplace; true sons and daughters in our common faith: Grace, mercy, and peace from God the Father and the Lord Jesus Christ our Savior. I appreciate you taking the time to explore our website and read this message. I pray that it will encourage you in your pursuit of God's purpose, plan and power for your kingdom assignment; that you would accept His invitation to the adventure of a lifetime. My heart’s desire – and His – is for you to find joyful, Spirit-filled ministry in the Workplace. Our MissionThe mission of inLight Consulting is to encourage, edify and equip Leaders in the Workplace to become disciple makers and transformation agents in their spheres of influence. As you might expect, these words are carefully chosen:
Our PerspectiveinLight Consulting is a 501c.3 mission organization, established by God in 2006, with a message for Christian leaders in the Workplace. God has revealed to us, and others, that chaos has gripped American society and the church that resides here. The times are more desperate than most want to recognize. God has not been caught by surprise. He has strategically positioned Christians in the Workplace to bring the church back to glory. He has placed a special desire for this in their hearts – a desire that He will give them, if they will surrender to His eternal purposes. Those purposes start with Him restoring what He lost in man’s rebellion: His reign over, relationship with, and habitation in, His children. Making disciples is the only commission we have been given as participants with Him in this glorifying work. As disciple makers, Leaders in the Workplace must be faithful stewards of the mysteries of God. One of these mysteries, our unity, is God’s prescription for evangelism, and for the release of His power in the church. God’s plan requires our sacrifice; and includes tribulation in this world. We must lose our life to gain His. Only those that strive to enter in, and endure to the end, will make it. Maturity in Christ is only accomplished by the Spirit’s transforming power. Leaders in the Workplace have been called to walk in “greater than” works – works that will glorify our Father in heaven. God is searching for those in whom He can show Himself strong. We have great hope for the church because we believe in God’s sovereignty and faithfulness. The work can only be accomplished by Him. He is working in us to will and do to His good pleasure, which is to give us His kingdom. Our ResponsibilitySimply stated, our responsibility to God is to make disciples that make disciples. As we walk in obedience to this call, we will be blessed to participate, if only in a small way, in the transformation God has promised for Leaders in the Workplace, and the spheres of influence they serve. We are not the leader; we are here to serve them in their adventure. We are responsible to be faithful stewards of the mysteries of God. That means that we search out the matters of the kingdom, and leverage what we find for His benefit. We are, primarily, a teaching ministry – responsible for rightly dividing the word of God. We are submitted to the Holy Spirit and Jesus Christ as our teachers; and we recognize that They must be the teachers of those with whom we share the truth. We are responsible to the fullness of the Body of Christ. We hold no denominational affiliation. We aggressively agree with Jesus’ prayer for unity (John 17:21-23). We are responsible for fighting against the spirit of division that has plagued the church. Lastly, we are responsible for investing all that God has given us back into His kingdom work. We are dependent on His wisdom, discernment and faith in determining the work in which we are to commit ourselves. He has given us a heart of surrender, sacrifice and submission. We are responsible to help all that He sends our way. In closing, let me encourage you to patiently and intentionally explore the mysteries that God has made available to you through inLight Consulting. Contact us if you feel we can help you find joyful, Spirit-filled ministry in the Workplace; and support our mission as the Lord leads you. Your servant and His forever,
